		<description><![CDATA[This is a great article and the topic can easily be glossed over by new parents trying to learn the ropes of motherhood and fatherhood.  Communication is definitely key.  

I think that parents revisit this stage later as the children get older and activities increase.  It is easy for a family with big kids to be running from sun-up to sun-down without stopping to breathe.  Mom and Dad&#039;s needs can definitely take a back seat.  This post definitely contains wisdom a parent with any age children can use.
